I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms felt a bit too institutional for my liking with the school-like flooring, but they were clean and well-equipped with a tub and rain shower. The free fridge bar was a nice touch. The service was fantastic and very attentive, especially appreciating the extra care they took when picking me up as a solo female traveler. The location was great, being close to Orchard Road without the noisy crowds. The dining was satisfactory, with delicious complimentary snacks available 24/7. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was such a mix of highs and lows! The rooms were modern and kept very clean, but sadly mine wasn't ready until 7 pm despite the check-in time being 2 pm. On the bright side, the hotel had a Zouk curated playlist, a reasonable breakfast spread, and even offered free wine and cocktails during Happy Hour. The room itself was gorgeous and included a quirky glass-walled bathroom, which I loved.
